Familiengeschichte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Das Weingut Ch\u00e2teau Rayas<\/a> liegt in Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape<\/a> und ist seit 1880 im Besitz der Familie Reynaud. Vier Generationen von Winzern haben einander abgel\u00f6st und jeweils ihr Know-how eingebracht. Das Anwesen verf\u00fcgt nur \u00fcber etwa zehn Hektar Rebfl\u00e4che, was die begrenzte und sehr begehrte Produktion von Ch\u00e2teau Rayas<\/a> erkl\u00e4rt. Heute leitet Emmanuel Reynaud das Anwesen und f\u00fchrt die Familientradition fort.<\/p>\n\n\n

Einzigartiges Terroir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Das Terroir des Ch\u00e2teau Rayas<\/a> ist einzigartig. Die Reben stehen auf sandigen B\u00f6den aus Ablagerungen aus dem Meer. Dieser Sand verleiht den Weinen eine besondere Finesse und Eleganz. Das Weingut profitiert von einem besonderen Mikroklima mit hei\u00dfen Tagen und k\u00fchlen N\u00e4chten, die die langsame Reifung der Trauben beg\u00fcnstigen.<\/p>\n\n\n

Die Rebsorte des Ch\u00e2teau Rayas<\/a> ist Grenache. Sie erbringt Rotweine von gro\u00dfer aromatischer Komplexit\u00e4t mit Noten von reifen roten Fr\u00fcchten, Gew\u00fcrzen und Garrigue. Die Weine sind f\u00fcr ihre jahrelange Reifef\u00e4higkeit bekannt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Preis ist aufgrund der sehr begrenzten Jahresproduktion hoch. Dar\u00fcber hinaus erh\u00f6hte die hohe Nachfrage auch den Preis. Er ist einer der prestigetr\u00e4chtigsten Weine der Welt und unter Liebhabern gro\u00dfartiger Weine ein wahrer Kult.<\/p>\n\n\n

Bei den K\u00e4sesorten bevorzugen Sie raffinierte K\u00e4sesorten wie Comt\u00e9, Beaufort oder Tomme de Savoie.
