La T\u00e2che<\/a> ist eine franz\u00f6sische Herkunftsbezeichnung (AOC), die burgundische Grands Crus hervorbringt. La T\u00e2che<\/a>verf\u00fcgt au\u00dferdem \u00fcber ein europ\u00e4isches G\u00fctesiegel mit gesch\u00fctzter Ursprungsbezeichnung (gU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Geschichte der Appellation La T\u00e2che<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Der Name stammt von einem alten burgundischen Ausdruck \u201efaire une t\u00e2che\u201c, der den Anbau einer Rebe gegen eine feste Verg\u00fctung bedeutete. Monopol der Domaine de la Roman\u00e9e Conti<\/a> seit 1993, die Rebfl\u00e4che betr\u00e4gt nur 6 Hektar. Die Weinlese, Weinbereitung, Herstellung und Reifung der Weine erfolgt in der Stadt Roman\u00e9e Saint Vivant in der Region Burgund<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Terroir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Die Grands Crus von La T\u00e2che<\/a> sind extravagant und elegant. Der Weine haben Aromen von Lakritze und Gew\u00fcrzen, Humus und Pilzen. Der Weine sind sehr gut haltbar, durchschnittlich 10 bis 20 Jahre und bei den gr\u00f6\u00dften Jahrg\u00e4ngen mehr als 50 Jahre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die besten Jahrg\u00e4nge der Appellation sind : 1937<\/a>, 1971<\/a>, 1990<\/a>, 1996<\/a>, 2002 <\/a>und 2009<\/a>. Jahre 1928<\/a>, 1929<\/a>, 1945<\/a>, 1978<\/a> und 2005 <\/a> sind die besten Jahrg\u00e4nge des Jahrtausends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wundersch\u00f6n. Der Duft erinnert sofort und intensiv an Veilchen, der Wein erhellt den Raum. Am Gaumen Noten von frischen roten Kirschen \u2013 keine getrockneten Kirschen oder Schwarzkirschen. Hervorragende Balance und nichts deutet darauf hin, dass es sich um einen Hitzejahrgang handelt. Bereits voller Charme, aber mit der Struktur, um noch viele glorreiche Jahre zu leben.<\/p>\n\n\n

Ich kann mir keinen tieferen, jugendlicheren roten Burgunder vorstellen als den 1990er La Tache aus der Demokratischen Republik Kongo. Obwohl er noch drei bis vier Jahre im Keller gelagert werden muss, ist er unglaublich gut ausgestattet, mit einem au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Aroma von asiatischen Gew\u00fcrzen und schwarzer Himbeermarmelade, Kirschen und Brombeeren, angereichert mit Rauch, Toast und getrockneten Kr\u00e4utern. Vollmundig und doch \u00e4therisch, mit vielschichtigem Geschmack und atemberaubender Feinheit und Komplexit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n\n
