Die meisten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sodivin.de\/6316-region-bordeaux\">Ch\u00e2teaux de Bordeaux<\/a> hatten reiche Ernten.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p>Das <strong>Jahr 1983<\/strong> war gepr\u00e4gt von tropischer und schw\u00fcler Sommerhitze, die zu einer \u00dcberreife der Trauben und F\u00e4ulnisbildung f\u00fchrte. Der sehr sommerliche Sp\u00e4therbst holte jedoch das Ende der Saison ein und bot optimale Bedingungen f\u00fcr die Ernte. Schmackhaft und fruchtig, die 1983er Bordeaux-Rotweine sind kraftvoll, bemerkenswert lang und ausgewogen.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sodivin.de\/6316-region-bordeaux\/bezeichnung-medoc\">M\u00e9doc-Weine<\/a> in der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sodivin.de\/13772-appellation-margaux\">Appellation Margaux<\/a> gelten auch heute noch als besser als der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sodivin.de\/307-vin-1983\"><strong>Jahrgang 1982<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die 1983er Sauternes sind au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich lang, geschmeidig und ausgewogen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p>Wir beobachten gro\u00dfe Erfolge in allen Appellationen. Die Weinregion erlebte einen fr\u00fchen Fr\u00fchling durch wechselhafte Wetterbedingungen. Hagel und schlechtes Wetter kamen im Sommer. Schlie\u00dflich verursachten die Regenf\u00e4lle im September F\u00e4ulnis in den Weinbergen. Eine sehr strenge Sortierung der Trauben bei der Lese erm\u00f6glichte es jedoch, das Problem zu l\u00f6sen und nur die Qualit\u00e4tsbeeren zu behalten.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Burgunder Rotweine konnten sich im Laufe der Zeit ausgleichen. Nach einigen Jahren der Reifung haben sie ihr volles Potenzial entfaltet. Die Burgunderweine des Jahrgangs 1983 haben Struktur und eine ausgezeichnete L\u00e4nge im Mund.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei den Wei\u00dfweinen aus Burgund ist die Qualit\u00e4t sehr zufriedenstellend. Opulent und fett sind die Merkmale dieser Weine. Sie k\u00f6nnen jetzt getrunken oder mehrere Jahre im Keller aufbewahrt werden.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Rh\u00f4ne-Weine von 1983<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p>Der Jahrgang 1983 ist zweifellos der beste Jahrgang der 80er Jahre im n\u00f6rdlichen Rhonetal. An der n\u00f6rdlichen Rh\u00f4ne war der Sommer hei\u00df und trocken mit guten Wetterbedingungen w\u00e4hrend der Ernte, die es erm\u00f6glichten, reife Trauben zu ernten.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p>Die besten Rotweine aus der Rh\u00f4ne-Region waren 1983 in den <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sodivin.de\/13754-appellation-hermitage-rouge\">Appellationen Hermitage<\/a><\/strong> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sodivin.de\/13768-appellation-cote-rotie\"><strong>C\u00f4te-R\u00f4tie<\/strong><\/a>. Diese Weine bieten opulente Frucht und eine kraftvolle Tanninstruktur. Eigenschaften, die eine lange Lagerung des Weins im Keller erm\u00f6glichen. In der Appellation Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape sind die Weine trotz der starken Regenf\u00e4lle w\u00e4hrend der Ernte im Allgemeinen von guter Qualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unsere Meinung zum Jahrgang 1983 in der Champagne<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oft vom Erfolg des Jahrgangs 1982 \u00fcberschattet, sind die Champagner von 1983 sehr gut.
